Stephanie Glazier was raised in northern Michigan. Her poems and critical prose have appeared widely, including in the Alaska and Michigan Quarterly Reviews, The Southern Review, and in Reading and Writing Experimental Texts: Critical Innovations (Palgrave 2018). Her manuscript Of Fish & Country was a finalist in the 2020 Perugia Press Prize, the 2021 Milkweed Ballard Spahr Prize and a semi-finalist in the 2022 Persea Lexi Rudnitsky Prize. She has been a Lambda Literary Fellow in poetry and holds an MFA from Antioch University LA. She served as the poetry editor of Gertrude until the sunset of the journal. She lives and works in Detroit, Michigan.
